The bill (Reg. No. 6617-1) presents a new version of the Law "On Preventive Treatment of the Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS), and Social Security" entitled "On Preventive Treatment of the Disease caused by the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), and Legal and Social Security of People living with HIV." Meeting the international legal standards, the bill regulates preventive measures, medical treatment, care and support to prevent spreading of the disease caused by the human immunodeficiency virus, and takes action for legal and social security of people living with HIV.
